Josef Baumgartner wickelte im Jahr 2016 einen Gebrauchtwagenverkauf (von privat zu privat) als Komissionär (in Kommission) ab, d.h. die gesamte Kommunikation, Vertragsabwicklung und Bezahlung des Fahrzeuges erfolgte ausschließlich über die Fa. Baumgartner. Das betreffende Fahrzeug war damals jünger als 2 Jahre, befand sich noch in Werksgarantie. Eine am Holm durchgeführte Unfallschaden-Reparatur verschwieg Hr. Baumgartner, wie sich jetzt im Nachhinein herausstellte. >> Für mich absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig... Mr. Josef Baumgartner handled a used car sale (from private to private) as a commissioner (on commission) in 2016, i.e. all communication, contract processing and payment for the vehicle took place exclusively through Baumgartner. The vehicle in question was younger than 2 years at the time and was still in the factory warranty. An accident damage repair carried out on the handlebar did not mention Mr. Baumgartner, as it turned out in retrospect. >> Absolutely not trustworthy for me ...
