Ein immer wieder mit Preisen ausgezeichneter Fleischhauer, der das Fleisch noch teilweise von eigenen Tieren bezieht. Ich empfehle die Extrawurst - die ist ein Hit!
Die Preise sind nicht teurer als an der Fleischtheke eines Supermarktes, vieles das anderswo seinen Geschmack verloren hat, schmeckt hier wirklich noch.
Die Bedienung ist freundlich, auch Beratung und Kochrezepte gibt es hier noch.
It tastes like mom!
A butcher who has won awards repeatedly and still obtains some of the meat from his own animals. I recommend the extra sausage - it is a hit!
The prices are no more expensive than at the meat counter of a supermarket, much that has lost its flavor elsewhere really tastes good here.
The service is friendly, there is also advice and recipes here.
