Die Kaution wird Großteils einbehalten um die Wohnungen nach dem Auszug auf Kosten des Mieters zu renovieren.
Die Wohnungen sind nicht gut in Schuss, Reparaturen werden im Pfusch durchgeführt, die Mängel werden dadurch nicht behoben.
