Ich rate euch zieht lieber wo anders hin fals ihr eine anständige arbeitsstelle vermittelt bekommen wollt. I have never seen more unfriendly employees than at ams in Leoben. I advise you to move somewhere else if you want to find a decent job.

Du fühlst dich wie ein Niemand ,wie die Beraterinnen reden mit dir, kein Respekt für diese Leute dass Hilfe brauchen um eine Stelle zu finden. Es gibt viele von uns, welche für lange Zeit ,wann haben wir gearbeitet, wir haben bezahlt das Gehalt von diese Leute die bei AMS arbeiten, und trotzdem haben die kein Respekt für uns. Einfach unglaublich dass sowas gibt im Jahr 2020 hier im Österreich. Du fühlst dich wie im Afrikanischen Ländern. Leider ist es im Österreich. Very rude people work here. You feel like a nobody, like the counselors talk to you, no respect for these people who need help to find a job. There are many of us who worked for a long time, when did we pay the salary of these people who work at AMS, and yet they have no respect for us. Simply unbelievable that something like that will happen here in Austria in 2020. You feel like in African countries. Unfortunately it is in Austria.

Meine Freundin hatte jetzt schon 2 mal einen Telefonischen Beratungstermin und keinmal wurde sie um die angegeben Uhrzeit angerufen. Das letzte mal erst 2 std. später nachdem sie eine Email geschrieben hat, und dieses mal überhaupt nicht trotz Email. Nochdazu ist das Personal unfreundlich und sie gehen überhaupt nicht auf dich ein. Simply impossible! If I could I would give minus stars! My friend has already had a telephone consultation appointment twice and she was never called at the specified time. The last time only 2 hours. later after she wrote an email, and this time not at all despite the email. On top of that, the staff is rude and they don't care about you at all.
