★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes Covid Management, man muss direkt beim Eingang den Nachweis zeigen, Vielleicht könnte man den QR Code auch noch scannen, damit man sicher ist. Sehr rein und auch Toiletten sind sehr rein. Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In meinem Fall brauchte die Konsumentenberatung ca. 5 Monate, um mir am Ende das E-Mail des Verkäufers weiterzuleiten, das ich schon davor hatte... Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiterin der AK nicht wollte und/oder nicht konnte, obwohl die Sache recht einfach war. Schade, sehr enttäuschende Leistung.
In my case, it took the consumer advice service about 5 months to finally forward the e-mail from the seller that I had before ... I had the impression that the employee of the AK did not want to and / or could not, although the thing was quite simple. Shame, very disappointing performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ soweit ich es beurteilen kann sind die Damen und Herren bei der AK sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde auf alle Anliegen sehr professionell eingegangen und alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit erledigt.
Kann nur dazu raten diese Einrichtung im Bedarfsfall zu nutzen.
