H	Hermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab mir in der Nachtschicht das Kreuz ganz übel verrissen. Da ich enorme Schmerzen hatte wollte ich mir noch etwas holen und die Apotheke hatte Notdienst. Tja nach 5 Minuten warten und ein paar mal klingeln bin ich dann wieder gefahren. Sowas ist mir noch nie passiert und ich hoffe sehr, dass keine dringenderen Fälle auf den Notdienst hier angewiesen sind... I tore my cross very badly on the night shift. Since I was in enormous pain I wanted to get something and the pharmacy was on emergency duty. Well after waiting 5 minutes and ringing the doorbell a few times, I drove again. Something like this has never happened to me and I very much hope that no more urgent cases are dependent on the emergency service here ...

Leider habe ich, in Unkenntnis des Verkaufspreises und im Glauben an die Rechtschaffenheit der Apothekerin, den Kassenbon nicht kontrolliert. Erst später ist mir aufgefallen das darauf ein nicht deklarierter Posten von 5 Euro aufscheint der dazugerechnet wurde. Nach den bisherigen Erfahrungen mit dieser Apotheke und der nunmehrigen Abzocke werde ich zukünftig die Lokalität meiden soweit es nur irgendwie geht. Ich kann nur jeder Kundschaft raten sich eine Rechnung ausfolgen zu lassen und diese peinlichst genau zu prüfen. I bought an over-the-counter medication in this pharmacy on May 8th, 2021 within regular opening hours. Unfortunately, in ignorance of the sales price and believing in the righteousness of the pharmacist, I did not check the receipt. It was only later that I noticed that there was an undeclared item of 5 euros that was added to it. After the previous experience with this pharmacy and the rip-off I will avoid the location in the future as far as possible. I can only advise every customer to have an invoice issued and to check it meticulously.
S	Sandy Cheeks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mich über derart schlechte Bewertungen über eine Apotheke gewundert. Nach meinem Besuch dort verstehe ich sie. Die Besitzerin/Angestellte hat zwei Hunde im Geschäft, welche mich angesprungen sind (kleine Hunde und ich habe normal kein Problem damit). Auf meine Frage ob ich sie streicheln dürfte kam nur ein gemurmeltes 'Nein' darauf sagte ich dann sollten sie aber von mir weggehen. Ich möchte mich immerhin nicht während des ganzen Aufenthalts anspringen lassen .. einmal hat nicht gereicht. Ein merkwürdiges Erlebnis, gehe dort nicht mehr hin. Freundlichkeit ist leider auch ein Fremdwort dort. I was amazed at such bad reviews about a pharmacy. I understand them after my visit there. The owner / employee has two dogs in the shop, which jumped at me (small dogs and I normally have no problem with them). When I asked if I should be allowed to stroke her, there was only a mumbled 'No' but then I said they should walk away from me. After all, I don't want to be jumped during the whole stay .. one time was not enough. A strange experience, don't go there anymore. Friendliness is unfortunately also a foreign word there.

Nach Beschwerde deswegen wurde ich der Apotheke verwiesen und mit der Polizei bedroht. Gleichzeitig wurde ich aufgefordert, nachmittags wiederzukommen, dann wäre mein Medikament nach 3 Anläufen endlich da. Auf ein anderes Medikament warte ich schon seit einem Monat. Bezahlt hatte ich sofort. Als ich jetzt mein Rezept und mein Geld zurückhaben wollte, war es nicht mehr auffindbar. Unfreundlich, inkompetent, keine nachvollziehbaren Antworten. Geld und Kassenbon müssen sofort genauestens kontrolliert werden. Wechselgeld genau prüfen!!! Dipl.-Ing. H. Behrndt-Nemeth Having to go back several times because of a medication. After complaining about it, I was referred to the pharmacy and threatened with the police. At the same time I was asked to come back in the afternoon, then my medication would finally be there after 3 attempts. I've been waiting for another drug for a month. I paid immediately. When I wanted my prescription and my money back, I couldn't find it. Unfriendly, incompetent, no comprehensible answers. Money and receipt must be checked very carefully immediately. G	Gabriele Berki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe nur sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Chefin und alle anderen Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und bemüht! Dass man nicht jedes Medikament lagern kann, ist ja wohl klar. Das würde den Rahmen sprengen. Ich kann die Apotheke nur weiter empfehlen. Komme immer wieder gerne! I've only had very good experiences. The boss and all other employees are very friendly and tried hard! It is clear that not every medicine can be stored. That would go beyond the scope. I can only recommend the pharmacy. Always happy to come back!
G	Georg Zangerl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute wieder einmal das Gleiche. Sehr gängiges Medikament wieder nicht ausreichend - 2 Packungen - vorhanden. In ca. 70% sind 1 oder mehrere Medikament nicht vorrätig. Keine exotischen Sachen, sondern 08/15 Medikamente. Ein häufiger Punkt in dieser Apotheke. Ich will nicht jedes Mal zweimal hinfahren und mich anstellen. Today the same thing again. Very common drug again insufficient - 2 packs - available. In approx. 70%, 1 or more drugs are not in stock. No exotic things, but run-of-the-mill medicines. A common point in this pharmacy. I don't want to go twice and queue up every time.
S	Simon S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Da fahre ich lieber 100km zu einer anderen Apotheke bevor ich da jemals wieder einen Euro ausgebe. Can't be beat for unfriendliness. I'd rather drive 100km to another pharmacy before I ever spend a euro there again.

Auf Nachfrage wurde ich angefaucht, dass die Apothekerin zuerst noch das andere Medikament raussuchen muss. Dann schnaufte sie nur kurz und knapp: "Das ist das Gleiche!" I was presented with a different medication than the doctor noted on the prescription. When asked, I was hissed that the pharmacist had to find the other drug first. Then she huffed briefly: "That's the same!"
