Perfect service variety of food clean and generous

The rooms are good, they have great food and friendly staff. Also close to the waterfall which was beautifull to see.

Went here for drinks and schnitzel. The schnitzel is very cheap and the restaurant also advertises it by the side of the road. Know that you get what you pay for: there are places to get much better ones but also more expensive. I would skip this place next time. There is free WiFi by the way

As last year, we were warmly greeted by the lovely owners' couple. The all-inclusive was absolutely perfect: good breakfast, nice to have tea/coffee and cake/ice cream in the early afternoon and the dinner buffet was delicious: Every day of the week new dishes, freshly prepared, local delicacies both for vegies and for meat lovers.Our children feasted on the chicken, schnitzel and fish. Booked an ultra all inclusive offer. Beds are comfortable, sleep is great. Also great breakfast and dinner with buffet, very good food. Staff is nice. Parking lot is big enough but frozen in the winter so you better get a car with 4 wheel drive to avoid being stuck. The rooms offer a fantastic view of the mountains. There's a "jause"(afternoon snack) offered, but don't expect anything more than coffee and a slice of cake. Wifi at the restaurant is very fast but not existent at the rooms, therefore just 4 stars.

Excellent! To start with the rooms: the beds are really comfortable, the balcony was absurdly big, and the bathroom was really good. Furthermore was the room really clean, and the staff vacuumed almost every day. Over to the food: First the drinks, from 10:00 to 22:00 you can take coffee, soft drinks and beer. Then the the breakfast, it's great! Salad, croissants, cinnamon buns, eggs, scrambled eggs, bread, toast, etc. There wasn't a lunch, so you had to make your own from the breakfast buffet. But, let's face it: it's an Active hotel, so almost everyone will be gone at lunchtime so this wasn't a problem what so ever. At last the diner. Not really what I was hoping for. Every day there was soup and a salad bar. The soup, main dish and desert changed every evening. Soup was good, desert as well, main dish not every evening. Schnitzel and chicken where very good, but other evenings there wasn't anything I really liked such as the Schnitzel or chicken. I would have liked to have some more choice at dinner. Next, the location: It's located right next to a busy road, but since we weren't in the hotel at daytime it didn't bothered us. There is a train station right behind the hotel, and it's 5 minutes driving to the Krimml waterfall. One thing to keep in mind as well is that the hotel is located right at the edge of Salzburg. So if you decide to buy the Salzburg Gold pass keep in mind you have to drive somewhat to make use of the pass. You might be better off buying the National Sommercard. At last some final thoughts: The hotel is really dog friendly! We could bring the dog downstairs to the eating area. The staff is really friendly as well. At last: The price. It's a really, really good value!

Really great hotel on a lot of fronts. The food was great, though the personnel struggled to keep up with the guests at the dinner, but if you are there at 18 when the dinner starts, you should be good. The room was great, but we could't get the TV working, and the toilet was running on the night of our arrival. After talking to the personnel, this was fixed without any problems. Overall a great stay, but a bit far away from the skiing area.

Not sure if it was corona-related, but the restaurant menu is severely limited. Not really acceptable to have only 5 basic pizzas on offer from a place advertising pizza from a huge sign on the street. Hotel guests seemed to be enjoying a much better experience
