Was mir allerdings in der Filiale Steyr immer wieder sauer aufstößt ist das Personal und die Reklamationspolitik. Zu Personal Maximal unmotiviert und wenig höflich. Es gibt allerdings 1-2 Ausnahmen bei den Damen, die höflich grüßen und auch mal ein Spaßerl für die Kundschaft übrig haben. Da fühlt man sich gleich wohler und gibt den ein oder anderen Euro mehr aus. Beim Rest möchte man einfach nur schnell raus. Reklamationspolitik Ich habe nun schon mehrmals etwas beobachten dürfen. Einmal verweigerte man den Umtausch eines defekten Kabels, da... ACHTUNG ... die Verpackung nicht schön genug geöffnet wurde! Wie zT macht man eine Blisterverpackung schön auf? Ich schaue noch ab und an gerne rein, da sich aber im Holz und Geschirr-Sektor seit Corona nunngar nichts mehr tut nicht mehr so häufig Basically, you can't complain about the range and prices. You get what you pay for. So far so good. What I always get angry about in the Steyr branch is the staff and the complaint policy. To staff Maximum unmotivated and not very polite. However, there are 1-2 exceptions for the ladies, who greet politely and also have a little bit of fun for the customers. You immediately feel more comfortable and spend a few more euros. With the rest, you just want to get out quickly. Complaint policy I have now seen something several times. Once they refused to exchange a defective cable because ... ATTENTION ... the packaging was not opened nicely enough! How do you open a blister pack nicely? If you want to shop cheaply, this is the right place. Good assortment, clearly arranged, generous sales area. Just look through it, it's worth it.
