The staff can speak English, but as they tend to get quite busy on Naschmarkt off-days, take note that they must cut time on chitchat - keep orders and requests simple. Also, like many fast food eateries, this place is cash-only.
They don't mind if you speak German (or perhaps a handful other European languages) though. I definitely got a 2nd class Fahrkarte on the Pommesbahn.
