★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the ice cream is delicious, the service is beyond rude and arrogant. This used to be one of our favorite places for ice cream and coffee, but we will for sure avoid this place from now on. Also, if a restaurant only accepts cash payments, this should be stated clearly by the entrance and on the menu cards. Sure it's not mandatory, but this is also called customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though there are uncountable numbers of eissalons in Vienna, it was definitely worth the trip to Tichy. This place operates with the efficiency of a production line and they brought me my ice cream in no time.
The eis knüdeln (ice cream balls) are quite special. I had the topfen and the truffle, and the truffle is true delicacy.
Keep in mind it is cash only but i didn't see this announced anywhere, so i had to go get some cash while leaving some ID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best hazelnut ice cream in the world! Also, you should try the blueberry (Heidelbeer) ice cream and the Marillenknödel, which is its speciality. I also recommend visiting the saloon, where tasting the wine sorbet is a must.:)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historical ice cream shop in Vienna. In the ice salon you can have delicious ice cream cups in all variations. Otherwise you can taste their ice cream flavors from the take away bar 😜

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best ice cream places in Vienna! I only know this shop, not sure if they have any other outlets. Always long queue so you have to go there early! My favourite is hazelnut! Also value for money! Definitely recommend!
